Lynda is an experienced management consultant and leadership specialist with over thirty years industry experience in a variety of corporate and public sector cultures across APAC, Europe and the UK. A skilled Shared Services professional, her passion is for inspirational leadership, strategy execution and people development.
Her strength is in strategically driving change in organisations through building strong relationships, effective problem solving and supporting leaders through transformational changes.
She is a sought-after keynote speaker and presenter taking her participants on an engaging journey through the neuroscience of leadership and cultural change.
Executive Coaching
Lynda is an experienced and accredited executive coach having worked with clients from a variety of public and private sector organisations. She applies a pragmatic and strengths based approach to helping clients gain new skills and get "unstuck". Much of her work is around transformational change and she brings elements of neuroscience to the conversation to create clarity and insight.
